hi... yesterday was my baby's 9 month injection... MMR and JE.. today morning i saw his legs were full of small red red pimples.. what is it pls suggest.. is it reaction of vaccine??

If the problem is severe and persistent then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
