Q.
hi.. will cow milk cause constipation for 2 years baby?? initially I was giving buffalo milk for my daughter and now for past 2 months I'm giving cows milk. now for past 1 week she is constipated

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician9 months agoA. Giving milk as a predominant diet is a big no in a two year old child. Specially now these days where the quality of the milk cannot be assured. I would advise you to plan a well balanced diet containing cereals and pulses, as well as vegetables and fruits rather than providing milk.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl9 months agoA. Yes cows milk can cause constipation to the child and if you were sorted with buffaloes milk only and the child never faced a problem that I would recommend to continue with buffaloes milk only because cow milk can create problem constipation and all
