Q.

Hi, when my baby gets a new teeth. She will get cold and she will also poop multiple times. Is it normal or do I need to take any precaution?

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Mefdicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a phiroper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. hi babies get their primary teeth at the age around 6 to 15 months so ideally , your child should have this but such delay can be caused by calcium deficiency , please visit your pediatrician for once.
