U Take honey and ginger juice mixture add a pinch of black pepper and Tulsi to it if you can this is the same as home remedy that you can go for apart from that it would be better that you consult your doctor for some medicine because they will be able to advise you with the correct medicine that you should go for since you are pregnant make sure that you never take any medicine without consulting your doctor as it would be the right thing to do for you
