Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you may take tulsi honey ginger as home remedies and warm saline gargles. take tab cetirizine 10mg once a day and syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily for coughing and warm water to drink
