hi what is the reason for bleeding gums in baby? it took place two times in two years. the bleeding was not so profuse but it happened.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. bleeding gums may be due to Harsh brushing at the time of cleaning your teeth or it may be also due to gingervitis which needs to be checked by proper dentist for examination give multivitamin doses to the baby
