Hi we live in a joint family we cook with refined oil my baby is 1yr old can i give the same food to my baby which we cook for ourselves plz tell

I am actually generally you look at it refined oil is a chemical processed oil which is not good for anybody so since you’re giving it to the child it would be better for you and your family that you start using cold oil that’s a better choice otherwise you can give the same food as you’re cooking because the growing is the child better get used to watch made at home which ever oil is made so that’s totally fine
