SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, you can give five meals in a day with a gap of four hours. Divided into breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, evening snacks, dinner. With rice you can separately give fried vegetables, curd rice. Make it into small small varieties like 3 tablespoons of rice and Rasam or rice Sambar, curd rice, vegetable fry.You can also give buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home, vegetable soup, milkshakes. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, pulses, sprouts, fruits, dry fruits each and every day so that the baby get all the nutrients.
