hi today I have taken 45days vaccine for my baby n baby got fever instead giving pcm drops I have maxtra (for cold) drops does it cause baby any issue

U Only tell me one thing how can the medicine which is specifically for cold and it is an antiallergic medicine how can it be helpful for fever it actually is not going to help you please don’t give this medicine it’s only given when there is an and allergic situation or cold give paracetamol only to the child
