hi today I had severe abdominal pain and vomit and went to the hospital..I took scan..these are the thing highlighted in report.. calculus of size 4.6mm in the middle calyx of right kidney. multiple enlarged mesenteric lymphnodes of short axis 4-5mm seen in RIF Right hydroureteronephrasis -? Mid/distal uretiric calculus. only tomo I can consult the doctor..till then I am very afraid is it normal or need to worry about the stone..through medicine we can get thro th stone from kidney..

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like urinary stone so your stone is 4.6 cms in size then you should drink plenty of water and get your serum creatinine done
