hi this is the pic of my baby eye lid swelling is this any allergy my baby has cold and cough also small rashes noticed in my baby body please suggest me

Please attach the picture properly. Because picture is not yet attached. Rather than this if your baby is having any discharge from babies eyes then you should definitely consult with Dr about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. And sometimes it also happen because of fever.
