Iron rich foods : red meat and liver, egg yolk, red rice, lentils, kidney beans, chickpeas, soybeans, baked and steamed potatoes or sweet potatoes, seafood like tuna, shrimps, clams, peanut butter, tofu, prune and cranberry juice, dried seeds like pumpkin, sesame and sunflower, dried dates, apricots, prunes, and raisins, spinach, broccoli, collards and kale, and tomatoes.
