hi this is srirekha how to increase blood percentage in babies what food i can give her and she is 1.6 years old

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. reduce amount of milk to 500ml per day. offer more liquids and fruits and vegetables

A. Iron rich foods : red meat and liver, egg yolk, red rice, lentils, kidney beans, chickpeas, soybeans, baked and steamed potatoes or sweet potatoes, seafood like tuna, shrimps, clams, peanut butter, tofu, prune and cranberry juice, dried seeds like pumpkin, sesame and sunflower, dried dates, apricots, prunes, and raisins, spinach, broccoli, collards and kale, and tomatoes.
