Hi this is Sneha Tare here I m a breastfeeding mother I have daughter of age 10 months old but right after my delivery I got to feel a small lump in my right breast which has not gone yet may I knw is it a sign or symptoms of breast cancer.. that lump is in that size only which I felt last from my delivery it's painless but I am worried about the same is it a breast cancer..
