Hi, this is Najma.. I recently delivered a baby, it's been like 2 months now. It was a c-section. I am getting a back pain very often. The pain is extreme. Is there any ointment tat you recommend to get rid of it??

A. hi well ,for instant relief in pain ,I would suggest to use heating pad. I would suggest Babyhug heating pad for this. Along with that ,you must take some care and precautions like: don't sit or stand for long period. avoid lifting take support while sitting. take high protine, calcium rich diet like ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
