Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Add more calcium and protein rich foods into your diet.
Be conscious of how you bend and lift the things.
Maintain proper sitting and sleeping posture.
Do gentle postpartum exercise like pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercise.
Use a footrest to elevate your feet when sitting and holding your baby.
Try not to stands for long periods of time.
