Hi There, Our kid is suffering from ITP, her platelet count decreased to 10k, doctors have done multiple tests, including bone marrow, biopsy, nothing shows any significant cause of low platlet count. platelets were infused, immunity boosters were given, still there is no luck, count is not increasing. She is 13 years old girl. can you suggest in what else has to be checked and what could be possible cause and treatment for her.and ANA test is positive again doctor ordered SLE biopsy report ITP,can you please help me why platelets not increasing even after injecting boosters
