Q.

Hi There, My son is 4.3 years old. Can I give Albendazole Tablet IP 400 mg to him ? Or need to give half a tablet? Actually what is the use of this tablet?

A. if the baby is more than 2 years and if the baby is having worm e in the stool you had to give 400 MG once only if there are no worms no need to give
