Hi there , my boy is 1 year 3 months old , pls find the attached pic his skin is in that condition is it ok or does it need immediate attention? Ps- He’s hand also look same kind .

Maintain hydration
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
