Mam actually every doctor or mother or anybody who has its own opinion but actually if you start with two different foods in one day it would be good because your child will have a variation and understanding of different days and gradually within the time of a week to 10 days introduce three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner because our intention is to introduce more of food over milk so that is how you can start
