Q.

Hi.. The weight of my One year old daughter is only 8.8 kg..This is stagnant value from last 3-4 months.. What should I do to increase her Good weight.. Kindly suggest..

A. Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like cheese, home made paneer, ghee in small amounts, butter and curd. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, pistachios, peanuts and raisins. Give peanut butter sandwiches. Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give bananas, pears and avocados.
