Hi team, My younger son is 6 months 22 days old, he has got severe cough n chest congestion from past 2 days, he is not able to sleep at night. he has very little cold n running nose... so please suggest me which solid food is suitable for him now?? plz reply #asktheexperts

You should go for nebulising the child that is going to help in clearing the congestion from the nose chest and throat of your child and that would be good as a mucus will flow into the motion of your child and try to give more liquid currently that’s much comfortable for them to consume
