Hi team, My baby boy is 3 months 13 days old, from past few days he is not passing urin at night, n early morning he does, v did his Circumcision 16 days back..n it is fully healed.. my baby passes good num of urin in a day.. should I get concern about this? pls advice. thank u for ur time n patience 😊

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food hasguu been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Mefdications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
