hi, suitcase product is damaged, how to return it? written policy closed in one day please help me

Take a picture of the product and your invoice and everything that’s associated put an email to the concerned department call on the number on the helpline number they will help you and accordingly they will guide you what is to be done I can completely understand your disappointment but you will have to check with these people only
