Hi,suggest vitamin D dosage for 10 year old girl and 5year old boy??

It’s supposed to be given once in a week you can check with your doctor what supplement should you be giving to the child you can give it once in a week the same day for three months and after that you need to stop but for that you have to check with your doctor
