hi sir skanda has got some small patches on his both legs .here and their. when touched it is bit rough compared to other part of the skin. from far we cannot see this. once seen when closely observed. pls let me know what this is . attached photo of his leg where u can see.please enlarge the photo and see. and help me with suggestions

A. it is advisable to apply moisturizing cream like atogla cetaphil over it at least three or four times every day and that will help in decreasing the rough patch which is occurring due to dryness
