Hi Start with rice water & dal water once a day for 1 week 2nd week : boiled apple , dal water 3rd week : mashed banana, vegetable soup, mashed dal 4th week : upma, mashed potato,banana mashed 5th week : ragi porridge, soup, mashed banana 6th week : rice dal mashed, khichadi ghee mashed, vegetable soup, fruit smoothie
