hi sir ....my son was is suffering from fever from last 2days....can u suggest the dosage of paracetamol p250 suspension...now am giving 3.4ml from previous prescription what I have...can please advice

A. depending on the weight of the baby 15 mg per kg body weight Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
