A. hi you can stay with your child but if possible please maintain distance. wear mask . keep body well hydrated you both should drink luke warm water with pinch of turmeric powder and salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. take steam. take healthy and well blanaced diet it is best to take citrus fruits,nuts etc take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
