Q.

Hi Sir, my son is one year two months old. his body temperature is high, while hands and legs are very hot compared to. forehead and at neck is this fever. can I use paracetamol or shall I wait for one day

A. if the baby is having body temperature more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit there is no problem in giving paracetamol to the baby immediately . . . . . . . .

A. Use Thermometer to check the temperature of the child if the overall temperature is less than 99° fahrenheit then do not give paracetamol to the child as it is not fever but if temperature is more than that then give medicine and consult your paediatrician tomorrow
