hi sir my son is 6 yrs old he had fever cough, vomiting, stomach pain and loose motions my pediatric gave me crocin for fever, vomikind for vomiting, comiclora for motions and cyclopam for stomach pain. but my son is not eating any food, any soups. what should I do sir pls suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with giifever and vomiting and its known as gastroentehritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
