hi..sir my son is 4th yr running..he is pronouncing K letter as T..for example if we tell killer he will tell tiller..wht should I do..any solution..plz suggest me

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is a speech disorder and you should evaluate your baby once with any speech therapist in person as there are various reason for this and it should be properly diagnosed.
