Hi sir, my son is 4months old, his weight is decreasing gradually, he feel problematic while urine, and feeling gastric problem. what would be the solution?

as your child is lossing his or her weight, please consult your pediatrician
for urine problem,it might happen because of infection or dehydration
so please feed your child on demand
ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day
avoid using diapers
keep that area clean and dry
maintain good hygiene
for gas problem:
please burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
give Massage to your child daily
