hi sir my son is 4 yrs old n his teeth are suffering with yellow patches n cavity n his two teeth become brown thn black n thn finished why it is happening please guide

A. This requires proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also subdeggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
