hi sir my son is 2 yr old. he has a hypothyroidism on birth. last month covid positive my self. but recovered now. but my son have cold. sneezing and coughing in last 3 days. and also having running nose. I give him medicine. but he is not ok. what I do sir. please give me a remedy.
