Hi sir my sister's son is suffering from some rashes on his skin and he is continuously crying. please advise some remedy for that. I m attaching the image.. please do the needful

Atogla cream you can apply as of now this is going to help further more I would recommend you to please check it with your doctor because they look really very bad right now the child must be really troubled which is why I would suggest you to just talk to the doctor regarding this issue
