hi sir my daughter is 4 month 3 days old.....she completed her 6th week vaccine ,10th week vaccine ,14th week vaccine....we gave painful vaccination only....she didn't get fever in any of these vaccination....we will give paracetamol after one hour of vaccination followed by every 6 hours for three times.....fever not coming means medicine is not working?or bcz of paracetamol we didn't get fever?
