Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment it may be atopic dermatitis or a fungal infection
