Q.

Hi sir my daughter 30th Sunday starting fever 99.8 then last nite 103 fever I am giving meftal p and calpol 250 mg till fever is fluctuation today I test blood test platelets 1.3 lbs and tc 3500 crp 1.6 urine routine normal, dengue negative doctor say mild dengue what I do further it's any complications can u plz suggest me

A. Keep a check on platelet counts and complete the course of medicine and give plenty of liquids to the vaby abd nutritious diet like soups fruits and light and easily digestible foods abd give papaya leaf juice or wheatgrass juice abd give kiwi in fruits
