Aditi SinhaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hi, foods like potato, banana with milk, egg, oatmeal, nuts, chicken are known for having weight gain properties. also include dry fruits in the diet, you can give it as powder in milk. also add all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Ensure baby has proper rest as well and have good play time.
