Q.

hi sir. my baby is underweight for 0.25kg . wat food is preferable to gain weight. but she is active and hygienic.

A. Offer her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, home made paneer and cheese. Offer fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Offer lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give bananas, avocados, pears, apples, pineapple, papaya etc. Give peanut butter. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give brown rice and ragi.
