Hi Sir, My baby is preterm baby and he is 11 months.. What's food we can give now and how the growth needs to be calculated

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as when weaning foods are introduced to the baby , intially it has to be liquid consistency then gradually move to semi solids and then soft consistency foods .
you can start food in small quantities say a few tsp and as per how well the baby is accepting the food you can increase the quantity , variety & number of meals
