Hi sir, My baby is now almost a year old, so can I start her giving cow milk and if yes then how? Means how much and how may times.with suger or without.

A. good morning yes absolutely you can introduce cow milk to the child there is absolutely no problem I would recommend you to make sure that you add only a little bit of sugar not too much
