#asktheexperts Hi doctor my son has just completed 12 months and we are still giving him formula milk so i wanna ask can we start normal cow milk to him now and if yes then how and how much quantity

A. Hi mom Yes, once the baby completes one year then formula milk is no longer required..Start to give cow milk to ur baby now. Introduce milk in colourful and attractive sippy cups like babyhug sippy cups that attract baby towards food.. milk should be given around 400-500 ml in a day
