ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear parent, top food should be introduced only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. there is no advantage of early introduction of top food. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
