Q.

hi sir my baby is 2 month old she is facing cold from the day 2 she was born it starts blocking her nose early in the morning which makes her difficult to breath I'm using saline drops also how to cure this is it serious condition

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the fircst line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
