hi sir my baby have 3 1/2 years she got fever weekly once atleast why I don't know

A. ok improve the immune system byes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
