hi sir my baby boy 2nd dose of vaccination was taken yesterday mrng in the night he got little bit rashes on the right hand is it due to vaccination or any other problem ? till now it is like that only

Hello ma’am Normally after vaccination a child gets fever not rashes so it could be due to something else but still to be on the safer side and to be more sure about it I would advise you to re-consult your paediatrician once and tell me what is the current situation so after checking only the doctor can tell me what is the reason behind it and if needed would suggest you a medicine as well
