Hi Sir, my 8 years old daughter learning swim. i observed that from yesterday, she has dry cough. I suspect it is because of swim. Could you please guide us with remedies. Thanks & Regards, Jagadeeswararao

A. hi as these are winter days , please avoid swimming. keep your child well hydrated give Luke warm water to drink give mixture of jeggary , pinch of turmeric powder and dry ginger powder ,give it in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
