hi sir, my 4 years boy got throat infection and fever, this is not controlling eveng after giving antibiotics for 3 days and also having heavy fever up to 103.8. and he is not at all eating anything since 3 days sir . what to do I'm so worried about this sir.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and she is having a fever due to throat infection so he needs higher antibiotic
