Hi sir, my 4.5 old baby got her vaccine yesterday, she is having fever because of that it seems. can we give Sinarest drops. it contains paracetamol+ phenylephrine+hydrochloride+chlorpheniramine. if yes, please suggest me the drops how many. many thanks sir in advance.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is having fever following vaccination so it is better to give only paracetamol drops like calpol drops the baby there is no need to give extra cold medicine to the baby
